Reservation Confirmation (Delivery of Service) All reservations are confirmed via email after successful payment. The confirmation includes your booking details, check-in and check-out dates, room type, and the total amount paid. This email serves as proof of your purchase.
Check-In and Service Delivery Room access (service delivery) is granted upon guest check-in at the hotel on the reserved date. Guests must present a valid ID and their booking confirmation at the reception.
Cancellation Policy Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a [20%] charge of the total booking amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking total.
Refund Policy Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Modification Policy Changes to reservation dates or guest names can be made free of charge up to 3 days before arrival, subject to availability.
